My husband and I were very impressed with the great customer service, as well as the amazing job that they did on our car. Even though our car had reasonably extensive damage, they finished it in just 3 ½ days. Everything looks amazing, and they also washed the car! Great Service from start to finish. Everyone is friendly & helpful. From getting a rental car to phone calls a day ahead to give me a heads up on dropping the rental off at their shop so they could return it for me, saving me valuable time No one enjoys the headache of getting in an accident, but Is good to know that when you do there are great companies out there that makes it less stressful. This is the second car we have had repaired here. The first was after an SUV with a bike rake backed up and damaged the front end of our Hyundai. Those repairs were done perfectly and we couldn’t tell where any damage had been. This time our Toyota Highlander was hit in a parking lot sustaining quite a bit of damage on the driver’s side. Again, National Auto Collision fixed the damage perfectly and replaced a previously damaged rear bumper at the same time (the bumper was at our cost). The Highlander looks brand new. The people (especially Kim) at National Auto were very professional and helpful. We are very satisfied with the repairs on both cars.
